Such a welcoming staff and loved that you get to use the spa amenities, hotel pool and beach access with your spa day! Super hot steam room and refreshing cold plunge!But my absolute favorite part was my massage with Luis. He’s been doing massage therapy for decades and it shows! His love for people and massage is felt while you are on his table. Even though I live in Nashville, I will make it a point to return to him for healing when visiting Miami. Might I add that I personally own a day spa so extremely picky with who does my services…he’s perfection!

The masseuse was awesome! When you get to the spa, the process of actually getting to the locker room takes too long. They should send you all the paperwork by email and not require you to fill it out before a relaxing day. The facilities are nice - one of a few spas with a cold plunge. The restaurant is very disorganized but the food is great.

It is very amazing place. I love spa treatments especially body wraps. While massages I get often, body wraps are vacations treats- they require time and relaxation. That one spa is best in Miami- I had tried Faena and Ritz and few others. Luis , very experienced massage therapist, and beautiful Liz, who did my body treatment- thank you. Unfortunately spa is inside Eden Rock, which is so so hotel, thus this great spa is a hidden jem. Gail- don’t know if she manager or owner- doing great job. I will come there every time I am in Miami.
