We order a set of contacts by jan27, by today it was nothing in the mail, so we went back to find out about the order, end in John said that it was our responsibility to call them to find out the tracking number, pack was delivery on Feb 2, so now the order is not delay, it is missing, they don’t care at all, it was our responsibility, shame on you guys

Place is just OK for single vision glasses, like readers or for nearsighted.

But after 3x over 15 years, for me, they never made my progressive lenses correctly and they are rude and dismissive if you ask them to fix them correctly. I don't know why I ever went back to them but never will again.

Also, my son's frames broke after 3 months and they wouldn't replace them even though they were under warranty.

I don't think the opticians there are very competent and therefore won't admit it when they make an error.

I've been to several Costco facilities across the country, and honestly I've never had better customer service than here. Monique was super helpful and helped me identify what was wrong with the prescription for a pair of glasses I had purchased at Costco in San Francisco, so I could get a new prescription and have them redone here.
Super professional, patient and very knowledgeable.
My new glasses are perfect. I'll definitely purchase my glasses at this facility next time.
PS: they also have a much larger selection of frames here than other facilities
