My doctor, his staff just everyone's so friendly. So energetic every time I come in they remember your name. If you call in about a situation or something they remember it's just they are the best period

Transportation us always sent so that you arrive at Chen a few minutes before your appt time. You check in and shortly you are taken upstairs where you are weighed and put in a room where your vitals are taken and your PCP comes in. If you have a problem you tell your doctor and steps are taken to correct it. I'm still not sure why I'm being sent to North Miami Chen when I live closer to Chen on NW 22 Ave and 95 Street. Would someone be kind enough to answer that for me since I was told I would be attending the Chen Center closest to where I live???

I was skeptical about getting another doctor to care for me because I had been with my specialist for 17 years,he suggested I needed a primary physician and referred Chen since it was close to my home!! I’m so glad I listened to him because I love coming here. The staff is amazing and my doctor is the best!! Thank you Chen
