Yesterday was the second time I visited you, and it was so cool that I can't find words. The class was so hard, and I loved it. The sauna and cold plunge were amazing. All the stuff is clean and renovated. The great opportunity to try your services for a week just for $19. I will definitely stay with you after my 7 day experience is over.P.S. Just a little advice to be 100% the best gym ever - please replace that terrible shower curtains in men's shower?
I first went to a few classes at Adapt through an app. I had been to a lot of different classes and gyms in Miami and found many of them to be sceney, clique-ish and a place I had to get ready for beyond an outfit change. Not only was the instructor and the class great, the entire staff, members and physical space were so welcoming. I used all my credits at Adapt and took advantage of their 28 Challenge to try it out as my main gym. I had such a great experience with all of their classes and took class with a majority of their trainers and everyone is incredible.
