had an amazing massage with Nancy we started at 60 minutes but ended up with 90 minutes + Cupping. I'm extremely active and my activity caught up with me, its super important to get a therapeutic massage at least once a month but preferably bi-weekly.
Nancy started off kneading my body with a towel on top and I actually enjoyed this method even more than the skin to skin contact she applied later on. Must be something with the amount of friction as I feel like with oil there's much more gliding. Ultimately, they both server a different purpose.

Just had the best massage of my life at A Massage & Spa with Andy. He was incredibly professional and it honestly felt like he could read my mind and my body. Every knot, every tension point, he just knew exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling like a brand new person. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Also, the lady at the front was very kind and welcoming. Made me feel right at home!!

Massage was focus as I requested on my legs and feet...im medically quite ill but it helps greatly with neuropathy of legs and if you explain what and intensity you need they did it. Reasonable price, quiet comfortable and clean
