I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews as much as the positive ones. Good skill but VERY VERY unprofessional. If you are new to this area and are looking for a wax lady, this is not the one. I am used to a level of customer service from a wax salon whether franchise or small business. The presentation LOOKS professional but she is not. I work in healthcare and no matter how good the work we do, we STILL have to be professional and pleasant in every interaction. She will not give you that. she will not respond to texts for days, she refuses to reschedule appointments which she says is a casual process via text. do not recommend.
