Don actually came early, was polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue and fixed my freon leak. The last service call I had on April 7 was not good. All the guy did is put in freon but that did not fix the issue as 10 days later it went out again. He did do regular maintenance but did not even tell me I had a freon leak. I had a feeling there was more to it and was watching my thermostat even since 1st guys visit. Because of him I may cancel my protection agreement.
Rawle was polite, knowledgeable, professional, excellent communicator and patient. Took time to explain everything in detail and most importantly, my refrigerator is working.
Thank you Rawle.
The Sears tech Yariel did a great job to fix our dishwasher. He got it back in alignment so the top rack can pull in and out smoothly again. He put on the missing end cap to right arm of dishwasher. I also asked him to pull out the dishwasher to be able to clean the dirt and food items that got stuck back there- a small potato, a cracker & crumbs. I gave him a broom & dustpan & he cleaned it well with some wet cleaning cloths. Then put the dishwasher back under the granite countertop. He also asked me if I ever cleaned the filter? I didn’t know you can unscrew the filter and give it a rinse every few months. I am happy with the service today from Sears.
