I contacted this insurance for the first time (that I have hired over and over without using...lucky me) complaining about chest pain and was screened on the same day. It looked great! After that I was oriented to consult a cardiologist, and the closest date they got was 4 days from today! I don't think that this is a reasonable waiting time in cases like this, so I contacted them again just to be informed that this is it! So I will just wait and hope for the best (still feeling pain)! Sorry to inform but next time abroad I won't hire their services anymore!

Great service, fast results. Needed a quick urinalysis while in Miami and they came thru in 24 hrs sending my results to my Dr in CA. Thank you! Highly recommended.

We were directed here by Assist Card (the insurance company American Express Platinum uses internationally) during a trip since my dad got a clogged ear. We contacted them and got an appointment at 3.30 pm and arrived on time. After having us fill out a lot of paperwork, they made us wait for 30 minutes in the waiting area (past our appointment time). I understand sometimes the previous patient can get delayed, but just to spoil the ending of the story, the total wait time was 2.5 hours! After inquiring again about the waiting time, they made my dad (76 years old) go inside and wait for the nurse who came in and took his blood pressure.
