got a haircut here in march while on vacation. i just got my hair done by a fancy hairdresser in london, and i can certify that the man at mulan gave me the BEST haircut i've EVER had. he put time and effort into every strand, was so polite, and was clearly an expert at his trade. made my hair look PERFECT with lasting results. worth every buck!!!
