Excellent service, Batia is the owner, very nice person and professional, she send a housekeeper with all the requirements that I was asking for. They check backgrounds and references so is a ver trustworthy agency.

I called Ilana's care looking for daily support for my 90 year old mother. I received an immediate response from the owner, Betty Kramer. We met and introduced her to my mom and we discussed her needs. To make a long story short, her healthcare worker was very pleasant and to this day, 2 years later, my mom is healthy and very happy with the care she is receiving from Ilana's Care. I was surprised that the owner continues to check up on her worker and with my mom to assure complete satisfaction. I recommend this service highly with 5 Stars. They are the best!
