Pros: Quick entrance into the ER. Organized and clean hospital with plenty of advanced equipment and technology. Seen by the PA, then I was examined again by the physician which is great. I trust a physician's expertise more when I get sick considering the long years of education. Not many patients in the waiting room so I was seen in around 20 mins. Respectful and kind nurses and staff. Welcoming and friendly. Cons: No Spanish speaking assistance. I saw the security refuse to help a non-english speaking lady who came with a baby. No attempts to translate or direct her correctly. Then I helped the lady with my limited Spanish to understand where to go. The registration...read full review

Again thank you I was discharged yesterday 04-26-2022 and when I tell you I wanted to hug every single person before I left I really did. Please recognize anyone that work room 711 and of course the ER Sunday evening. It really ment so much especially since my family is in NYC. Jackson north is the best!
