ultrasound front office staff is rude and very unpleasant and unprofessional. They schedule appointments too close together and the technicians are very SLOW! The office is very small and they have patients waiting in the hall. DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY TEST HERE!!! FYI, the facility has an ODOR!!!

My husband is a doctor and disabled. The office did not verify his insurance which covers deductible and 20%. BCBS does in fact cover everything. He drove all the way there and they sent him home. The person who verifies insurance should be fired. She doesn't know how to verify insurance on secondaries. Don't go there. Heartless. Sent a patient away!!!

Very disappointed. They postpone my appointment and after two weeks on the day of my new appointment they told me that I have NO appointment. No one was available to talk to me, but the lady outside the door taking the temperature, who said she didn't know anything.
