The staff is welcoming, making customers feel comfortable and appreciated. The turnaround time for glasses is impressive, even during peak seasons. Wonderful place! Dr. Hans is very kind and worked to fit us in when my daughter broke her glasses. We went in late Friday afternoon and she received her new glasses today. Not just him, but the whole staff took time to work with my daughter and help find affordable but cool frames. The store is clean and has a fish tank with some of the most vibrant fish I’ve ever seen. Added bonus-close to Broward Meat and Fish, a health food store, a Jamaican bakery, and Papa John’s. We will be back for the kids’ future eye exams and recommend Palace Optical highly.
