Bertin was excellent. I used the WhatsApp link from the website and he responded quickly and set up a time to come and provide a quote. He had an 'all in' price for the carpet, pad and installation. We were only carpeting stairs, so it was a half day (not even) job for him. He communicated promptly during the whole process, was on time the scheduled day of install and was extremely professional. Highly recommend his work!!!

My first carpet replacement experience was nice and smooth. Upfront and honest estimate. Plenty of carpet samples to choose from. The price was the best in the whole Broward County! Trust me I did my research for weeks!

Bertin was very clear with all information about the process and price. Communication of this person was beyond expectations. He was very punctual. Carpet replacement was so fast!

We are stuck in the room all day today enjoying the new carpet.
