I need to be honest about what happened I felt very disrespected. I sat there for over 10 minutes watching staff stay in the back and not acknowledge me at all. That’s unprofessional and uncalled for.
I’ve been coming there for over three years. I always tip, I don’t cause problems, and I support the business. Someone could have simply come out and said something to me, and I would’ve gone about my business with no issue.
Instead, I felt ignored. Because of that, I chose to get my nails and feet done elsewhere. I didn’t feel comfortable coming back in and dealing with Mr. Lee and the behavior of the staff, which felt immature and unprofessional....read full review
This is the best nail salon I have been too in so long. Lani did such an awesome job on my nails! I am so so happy with how they look, so beautiful and healthy. She was friendly and professional as well.
The staff were extremely professional gaving me excellent advices throughout the process. Thank you Bryan for your nice idea. I would definitely come back and can highly recommend this place!
