First Nails

I have been going on and off for the past 5 years. I love the service, I have never been disappointed. I have move away, but comes back to them every chance I get. I cannot let no one touch my eyebrows but them.you know when service is so good, you do not care if you have to wait a few hours, it is that good. I will be in town tomorrow and going straight to them.

I came here to get my nails done. The staff is pretty cool. They know all of their customers. But there were a couple of workers there who were a bit rude. The inside of the nail spot is nice it's mid-size but clean. The owner is nice and speaks to everyone. Which I think is really good. Some nail techs are good at what they do, but there are a few that are really terrible and need a refresher class on nails bad. The prices are good here.

Lets start with 1 star!! I went in to get my toes done for an event and my polish fell off my 2 left toes within 48 hrs. Gel polish would stay on my toes for up to 3-4 week!!! There may be only 1 worker in there that can do nails. There is a few men and women in there that do LAZY work. And the Polish is ruff by my skin. They painted over my cuticle and it's all gritty where it grows out instead of feeling smooth!I paid 42 for the pedicure and tipped 5. You may ask why did I pay. When I left it looked ok but as I got on my flight I started seeing so many flaws only to see the next day the Polish lifting off already. I really want a refund or it repainted at no charge....read full review
