Ordered a bouquet advertised with 90% roses. Received one without any roses and filled with cheaper substitutes. Size was significantly smaller than advertised, despite paying for premium. Not as promised and very disappointing. Would not recommend.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, to be delivered on Saturday, 5/13/23. The flowers were delivered on Friday 5/12/23 at 11:30 am, with no notice. The first picture is what they looked like the day they arrived. The second picture is three days later, taken Monday morning, 5/15/23 early in the morning. The bouquet was supposed to have mainly Gerbera daisies with a few filler flowers. As you can see, there were only two orange Gerbera daisies and the rest of the flowers were pink. The Gerbera daisies didn't even match the rest of this bouquet. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! Their quality is horrendous and non-existent. Customer service is...read full review

My husband ordered flowers for my our 1st Valentine's day as a married couple. They were not at all what was in the online picture. When he called 2 see if it was the wrong order we were told they ran out of flowers shown and tried to add others. They agreed to send new flowers out and we never got them or heard back. Never again will i use them or recommend!
