Ellsworth always does a through maintenance job. We bought our unit from them years ago and they have kept it in good shape. Service ppl are always polite and on one occasion when we thought we had a problem (it was not the unit, but electrical) they responded in good time.
We have used Ellsworth for about 8 years.Brfore that we had a series of bad HVAC people and were ripped off every time they walked in the door.
