Only problem: elevators are terrible and very very old. The management doesn’t change it for new ones so they just keep fixing over and over and over and over…

I'm trying to buy an apartment there because I really like the view, but all the bad reviews scared me to death. Is the association that bad? if not, why is not one answering to all the bad reviews? Owners and the association should be more concern and focus on providing good service. This is 2017 and we all go to the internet to look a the reviews before making a big investment like buying or renting a house.

My Fiancee and I just spent a very happy year here, and we are very sad to have left. Unfortunately due to a job relocation we were forced to leave Florida all together and we really miss this place.
