I have been going to Hot Nails for over 8 years. Tam is very creative in her nail art and is compassionate to her clients. Going every 3 weeks for those many years, you really become invested in someone's life. If she wasn't talented, I surely wouldn't waste thousands of dollars, and anyone who knows me can tell you I am very particular!!

I was hesitant to try this place given the reviews but ownership must have switched over because my boyfriend and I had a great time! We came in as a walk-in for two pedicures and they were able to take us right away. The nail tech did a good job with my pedicure, nothing was sloppy or lacking in services. Prices are good and not crazy high or unfair. The salon is clean and neat with friendly staff! I would come back again when Im in the area.

I have no idea if the management has changed or what l since the bad reviews were written, but I absolutely love this place. I am a super perfectionist, and this is my favorite place to get a gel pedicure. The lady who does it is so sweet, too. Definitely the only place I like to go.
