My sand filter had stopped working, and Bernard helped me get it replaced quickly. He responded right away, offered professional advice, and installed the new filter as soon as it arrived. Even though there was heavy rain in Nokomis on the day of installation, Bernard showed up and finished the job despite the weather. I really appreciate how reliable and dedicated he was. He also gave me some helpful pool care tips that have made maintenance much easier. Overall, very professional and responsive pool service.
