“Sennes Design team did a great job. They completely remodeled a beach front condo in Sarasota for us in 2026. The work was very comprehensive and they paid attention to all the details. The design layout was accurately seen in the result. The team communicated well via direct phone calls and via the web-based work tracker application. I could see the day to day work progress and they posted photos of their work on the app so I was able to follow along from far away. This was important as I did not have any surprises when I did occasional site checks- they competed the work that we agreed upon at every juncture of the project. There were no delays due to unaccounted paucities in work schedule as I have often encountered when getting home repairs done. The material selections for everything was easy to find and order. Work and materials orders did not proceed unless we were happy, which I greatly appreciate. They have a comprehensive selection of quality vendors from custom cabinets to the paint which seamlessly flowed into the application for our review. The team did a good job accommodating our changes, mishaps and selections outside of the vendor list. Nick was always reachable and easy to work with. What was most important to me was even after the completion of the remodel, Nick and Chad who managed the project, still answer the phone quickly and help with troubleshooting. Small issues after the fact were quickly remedied. They are pricey but you are in control throughout the process and their workmanship is good. Thus far, they stand behind their work. I would hire them again for another Reno/remodel.“

“There are so many things to like about Doug Parson's Stucco. They have office staff that answer the phone, they are friendly, they do what they say they are going to do and communicate well. I had some stucco repair that needed to be done on my home and they gave me options that no one else did. These fixes should resolve my issues long term and were less costly. They also found some other things that needed attention while digging into one of the problem areas and just handled it.I called so many stucco companies. The first guy did some of the work and then never showed up again. Some didn't call me back. Some just kept pushing out the estimate, some called but didn't show. I get there is a lot of work to be done after hurricane Ian, and everyone is busy. But these guys were just easier to deal with from every aspect and had the people to get the job done quickly and do a quality job.“

The engineering competence, professionalism, transparency and integrity of the entire Godfrey staff and its contractors gave us confidence throughout this major undertaking for us and our home.At the beginning of our complete interior home renovation, Ed, Don and staff presented us with a comprehensive proposal, including a breakdown of all costs and a detailed set of 23 drawings that Don kept updated on a regular basis and when a change order was needed or requested by us. Our renovation lasted 4 months and included replacing 2,000+ sq ft of flooring, replacing our kitchen and two full bathrooms, upgrading our electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems, and a complete interior re-painting, along with other upgrades.While we were away during the renovation, Don and our project manager, Anthony, kept in virtually daily contact by text, email and phone.
