Valdano was so professional and helpful. He explained the problem and fixed our air in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company. The lovely woman who answers the calls deserves a shout out too. ? Great experience all around.

We recently had our AC serviced and would like to give a shout out to Alix, who did a very thorough and professional job servicing our AC systems. He was prompt, professional, and courteous. We hope to see Alix again to service our AC next time!

Approximately 1 year ago we had a new AC unit installed by Conditioned Air. In October of this year, we noticed a wet spot on our garage ceiling where the AC unit is housed. My husband went into the attic to investigate, and the drain line was not inserted into the AC unit! So, for an entire year the drain line was dripping into the insulation then into the drywall ceiling. We have contacted Conditioned Air numerous times since the initial discovery and Lynn at the Ft. Myers office keeps giving us the runaround- she’ll call back, let me check into that and guess what? We never hear back from her!
