I had just bought the house and although the water heater seemed fine I could not get insurce if it was not replace because it was 12 years old. It is in the garage and I was willing to take the gamble and was willing to have a waver in the insuance policy but they would not accept it so I had Advanced Plumbing change it out. They responded quickly and did an excellent job .

They went out of their way to find the parts to fix the problem with my toilet, which another company gave up on). They didn’t even charge me for the time to drive to Sarasota to pick up the parts. I’m very satisfied and will use them again.
