I’m very pleased with the service we got from Ace handyman. They were super friendly on the phone and we got an appointment in a timely fashion. Ed showed up on time. He was very familiar with the commercial hook bolt lock that we have on our double door. It took a minute because it was so corroded, but he was able to unlock it.. He also was able to easily remove it. He secured the door so that no one can get in. We have a new one on the way and he is scheduled to come back and replace it.

Jeff was awesome, we chatted about the dilemma he was here to fix and he understood it completely. He will be coming back to finish the work in a few weeks. UPDATE: Jeff did come back as planned to finish the work which wasn’t easy or straightforward. Now the garage ceiling rack is hanging properly!
