We Care A/C earns a 5 Star Rating! Kasey came out and evaluated our old A/C system and walked us through the pros & cons of repairing our old system or replacing it.... He developed a proposal for a replacement system on site and scheduled an install for the following day... The install team, Matt & Hunter arrived on time and went right to work using a divide and conquer strategy where Matt worked on removing and replacing the inside unit while Hunter worked outside... They worked non-stop for 10 hours, no lunch break, nothing but non-stop commitment to getting the job done... This is the third A/C system I have installed in this home and Trane system this team installed has state-of-the-art technology & appears to be super-efficient too...
Called yesterday bc we had no hot water. They came today, diagnosed the issue and had a brand new hot water heater installed within an hour or two. Very professional and QUICK! (they didn’t come the same day I called bc my schedule didn’t allow it) I love this company
