Was visiting from Panama City, FL & my 8 yr old son was overdue for a cut. Took what I thought was a huge gamble by stopping into Supercuts, left feeling like we hit the jackpot!
The wait was not unbearable, we were called by a woman with shoulder length, straight gray hair wearing pretty barrettes, she had just come back from her break. I was really nervous because my son has a cowlick and even experienced barbers have a challenge. This woman cut my son’s hair like he’s been seeing her for years- clean, tight, proper fade, it was immaculate!! He absolutely loved it too!! Alex is the fade master, I have been going to her for over five years and she always makes me look 10x better. She listens to what you want, guides you if you are considering a new style to best fit your face shape, and is an awesome person to talk to when you’re in the chair. I don’t get my haircut by anyone other than Alex!

Been hear multiple times and brought multiple of my friends to get a cut we love it there always make sure to ask for ALEX !she is the best , would never let anyone else touch my hair.
