Only 5 stars! I’d give them at least 10 out of 10. From Rob through the installers, Gutenberg and his team, the were very professional, very personable. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done right! Rob is a great guy, moving him inside the store, smart move! Thank you to the whole team!
Great customer service. I was looking for remanant carpet and every other store I reached out to were not helpful, these guys went and looked at their inventory and got back to me quickly. They were kind and professional. I will for sure be using them in the future for bigger jobs. Robby was a great help.
I highly recommend Simpler Carpet and Tile. We only needed tile for a small room, less than 50SF, but I couldn’t have gotten better treatment if it were for an entire house. Robby and the whole staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Simpler’s has a wide variety of different tile types, and Robby went above and beyond researching and expedite ordering the exact tile I needed. Excellent service.
