We just had an issue with our kitchen sink. We had purchased a home in 2021 and we are past our warranty. Andrew took care of this immediately. I give Randy Wise 10 stars !! It was during the Holiday and we are do are so impressed. We are very pleased that they are willing to take care of something that was due to a contractor error. We highly recommend this builder !!

If I had to sum up my home building experience in one word it would be "incredible". My wife and I recently moved back to the area and upon seeing the quality of work that Randy Wise Homes does we knew that's who we wanted to build our home! Everyone from our wonderful project manager, to our realtor, to the contractor and all of the subcontractors were an amazing team! Throughout the process we of course had questions, I have been in the construction industry for many years and my wife knew what she wanted.
