Luci is amazing. She combines her knowledge of the human body and how it works with her knowledge of pilates to create completely personalized training for my husband's and my duet sessions. She has collaborated with us to help us live our healthiest lives possible.

I heard about Pilates with Luci from several friends who were taking her mat and reformer classes - they all loved taking her classes and that is what got me in the door. I have taken in studio mat classes (before Covid) and in studio reformer classes, as well as the online live mat classes and recorded classes. Luci always asks if you have any injuries or areas of concern, and she remembers those things when directing workouts - she will suggest modifications so you don't stress an already stressed area and can still exercise and get better.
