My only complaint was the lack of sterilization/sanitation. The tools that were used were sitting in a cup with the blue sterilizer liquid, but the cup itself was dirty. No new/freshly sterilized tools were used. The pumice stone was well over used and discolored as well as the file. The lotions, oils & scrubs had excess build up on them. If the necessary sanitation steps were put in place, this place would receive an easy 5 stars.“

Kin has been my nail tech for almost a year ?? and his work is pure precision ?. I get the same thing every time, acrylic with white gel over my natural nails ?, no tips, nothing fancy, but always clean, sharp, and perfectly shaped ✨. He never burns me when removing old product ?❌, always cuts them to the perfect length ✂️ (he only had to ask me once! ?), and his attention to detail is unmatched ?. White nails are my thing — all white errrrthang ??? — and Kin nails it every time.

Andy, my pedicure angel ?, is patient, humble, and so skilled. ? I’m rough on my feet (I’m basically Moana ?... shoes off whenever possible), so my heels are… let’s just say, coal-walk ready ??. Andy works wonders ✨, and his pedicures are so relaxing ? I almost always fall asleep halfway through.
