Dr Justine Chase has been my dentist for more than 17 years and there is a reason why I never sought another dentist or clinic. Mid Bay Dental Clinic is outstanding in their patient care and that care is ALWAYS exceptional! Dr Chase is one of the most compassionate dentists I've ever known as she has ALWAYS responded to my problems, no matter how inconvenient my call. She responds immediately and compassionately! I had the unfortunate problem of a tooth going from bad to worse that I tolerated until Christmas day when I felt I had to call for help. I got a voicemail and told her about it but felt there was very little chance she would respond on this day. I didn't even know if she was in town. Less than 10 minutes later, she called me, told me what to do, and solved the problem. I was amazed and very, very grateful for her help! I had myofunctional therapy here before my tongue-tie release which Dr. Chase did. The facility is so clean and new looking and Lee is so, so friendly and personable. I felt so comfortable and could voice any concerns and got direct answers or suggestions. My tie release went so well! I am very happy with my experience.
The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. I had to take both my middle and youngest child to get a procedure done due to being tongue tied. Dr. Chase did an amazing job!
