I can't say anything about the repairs as they weren't open and no one has returned my calls.

I recently had Jeff help me with selecting a LaCie backup disk to replace one that was not working correctly. Jeff gave me the options and I ordered the one that he recommended. When it arrived, we set up an appointment for him to install. He was on time and replaced the old/defunct unit. I appreciated the help he gave me a few other issues. I would definitely recommend Jeff if you need help with a Mac issue.

Jeff came out to my condo and got my apple mac computer working fine. He really impressed me. Upon entering he took off his shoes at the door which I thought was very respectful. He had some excellent suggestions on how to beef up my computer system and even showed me where to order it Jeff even helped with my wireless router problem which was extremely helpful He is talented tech and I highly recommend his work
