Booked an appointment and they never showed. I called back and no response. Finally called and said forgot. I asked for a specific time they would come since they failed to show and refused to give a specific time just a time range. I am a repeat customer and did not expect to be treated this way. Was told to call someone else. Guess they have all the business they want.

I have been using Jacksons Appliance Repair for years. In a world where things should last but don't - his service is essential. I have found the Jackson's to be timely, responsive, knowledgeable fair and honest. I 100% recommend them.
