I went there with my custom PC, I got it back nearly a month later and pointed out the problem and I'm giving them 4 stars because of fixing my comp! But here's a few things that would be better: 1. Communication, i suck at communication but it makes it easier if they updated their website for progress reports and try leaving voicemails. 2.Time, my problem was actually relatively easy (my pc had a broken hard drive port but i have a second, still have the broken 2nd port) I did expect a bit better for $100 dollars 3. Cash, remember that statement for the $100? Thats just to look at it, wish they were cheaper if the repair was small... read full review

OUTSTANDING!!! They took care of my computer problem and got it repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks to Caleb I now have a Happy Computer. Great communication from beginning to end... Be safe, Mark V.
