I had Gulfshore come out and provide PM service on my HVAC System. Charles was the tech. He was thorough and answered all my questions. He didn’t try and upsell me. He showed me areas of concern.It is difficult to find good reliable service companies in the area so I was happy to find a good reliable company.
The Gulfshore installation team of Austin, Vince and Eric, supervised by Jason, arrived at our Watersound condo on time, worked well together and accomplished the VERY complicated removal of a 20 year old Freidrich through-the-wall 5 ton unit on day 1. Day 2 and 3 of installation work consisted of Gulfshore's subcontractor, Robert, doing a great job enlarging the penetration for the outside wall vent and framing a larger vent. Day 4 & 5 consisted of the installation of twin 2.5 ton condensers and the associated air handlers, and rebuilding the plenum.My wife and I were very pleased with the process and the finished product.Great job Gulfshore AC, Niceville, thank you,...read full review
