Coastal Roofing Professionals did a great job on our new roof, soffit, and fascia. Our salesman Shane was very professional and a pleasure to work with. From his first visit to give us an estimate until the work was done, he made sure we got what we wanted and that the crew took care of things. He even helped the crew clean up and take care of several final details. I would definitely recommend Coastal Roofing Professionals if you’re in the market for a new roof.
I got quotes from 3 companies. Coastal wasn't the cheapest but was very competitive. Once I broke down the quotes, the value was with Coastal Roofing. Shane came out personally, climbed around and did a fair assessment. Other companies just looked at the roof on google maps. He was honest and up front about what we needed and cost. The removal of the old roof and the install went smoothly, other than the crew removed and disposed of my gutters. That was not supposed to happen. I called Shane, and he said he would make it right. He did too! We have a nice new roof and new gutters. I would definitely use Coastal Roofing Pros again. Thanks Shane.
I’ve had to call Coast Roofing Professionals twice for my roof over the past couple years and they are always super fair and responsive, and I appreciate that no problem is too small for them.
