“The Niceville Design Studio's team helped my family quickly resolve both a small-scale floor board buckling issue and a large scale reinstall project. Both stemmed from my (ignorant) acceptance of a floating-over-hardwood initial install 2.5 years ago due to a military move timeline. Their team removed and preserved our intact engineered flooring, removed the underlayment and old hardwood while mitigating light mold, resurfaced the concrete base, advised us on extra moisture prevention measures, and successfully reinstalled 1200 square feet of floors in about six working days. This included working on a Saturday to enable our quality of life, allowing me to take my own cost-saving measures, and doing all of the above with transparency and candor. They did a fantastic job and we will definitely be working with them on future projects!“
