***BUYER BEWARE *** The owner, Steve Pearson, of Bath Tune-Up of Niceville has successfully defrauded my wife and me out of $48,000.00. Unfortunately we were one of his first customers and had no online reviews to go by. His company has performed zero work and provided zero materials since we gave him our deposit money almost one full year ago when they first opened. He has consistently lied to us and put us off throughout this whole process because he apparently spent our deposit money for personal use and according to a former employee, has been grossly overcharging other customers to try to make enough money to eventually begin our project.
