I am super impressed by the office staff and Dr. Lacher! I heard her on a podcast and reached out to her because of her knowledge. I am in Texas and she is in Florida. BUT she got in touch with me, we had a "telemedicine" appointment and she helped me so very much with my horse, her food intake and laminitis questions. I wish I lived in Dr. Lacher's town!!! Then my horse and I could visit with her in person. Best Horse Vet appointment I've ever had!

Dr. Speziok attended to my beloved miniature horse who was colicking after hours. She quickly administered pain relieving drugs and then worked to resolve the colic, which thankfully did occur. I highly recommend this veterinarian: responsive, provides expert care and calming for nervous horse owners!

Dr. Latcher, Justin Long and all the Springhill Equine Staff were wonderful from start to finish.
I have gained a lot of horse care knowledge from listening to Dr. Latcher's podcast over the years and decided to drive the 5 hours round trip visit to have her examine and x-ray our 2 Rocky Mountain geldings.
Dr. Latcher took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the exam process and to answer all of mine and my husband's MANY questions. There is no doubt that Dr. Latcher stays up to date on the latest horse studies and even provided a valuable source of information for a topic I am interested in learning more... read full review
