Save your time and do not come here. First and last time, I can’t even say first because I wasn’t helped. My husband and I came early and were first to check in and waited almost 2 hours no lie. My poor cat was going crazy in her carrier for that long and panting!!! it should be on a first come first serve basis. I am so upset I have wasted my time and stressed out my cat to the point she’s panting with her mouth open!!! and the guy with the black curly hair man bun is unnecessary rude and unprofessional yelling at people. DO BETTER!!!

Buyer Beware! Went to pick up some Blue Laced Red Wyandotte chicks, the tubs were not labeled and they sent me home with SIlver Laced Wyandottes, I am sure this happens all the time with them.

An employee almost never comes out back to help me load hay when I buy it. I don't have time to wait forever so I usually just load the hay by myself, which I don't mind doing. However the cashiers have been asking lately to show a receipt to an employee out back to ensure hay does not get stolen. Today I waited about 10 minutes for an employee to come out, and then called the store to remind them that I was waiting. Even after calling, no one came out to help me load hay or check my receipt. Like usual I just ended up getting the hay by myself. I tried to respect the instructions of the cashier but ended up wasting a lot of my time waiting for no one. You might have less hay theft if you would be more diligent about sending an employee out back.
