I would absolutely recommend VMC. I have been treated by Tammy and Noah. Both have been incredibly professional and have helped me overcome some huge obstacles in my overall health. I have had instances of needing to get in during an emergency and Noah even saw me during his lunch break because it was the only availability he had and I needed immediate care. I have had nothing but excellent care, compassion, and encouragement in all my interactions with Noah and Tammy. I believe they care deeply for their patients and hope to be treated by them for years to come.

Although provider turnover can be high, patients have positive experiences and appreciate the options and plans developed in partnership with the providers. The cleanliness of the office and the smooth handling of referrals and medication are additional highlights of the center. Patients are happy with their experience, able to get appointments with late evening and Saturdays available. They never felt rushed and felt listened to. However, one negative experience with a provider was described as blatant, unprofessional, and borderline aggressive, with a young woman going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make a child's experience joyful.

We’ve had good and bad experiences especially with phone calls but I am writing this review for FLORENCE who is a Godsend, by far the most efficient, over the top employee I have ever dealt with by phone. We had big concerns, had problems with finding specialist in network for my husband who had a stroke. She went over and beyond expectations. Can’t say enough good things about her! Thank you, Florence, for making a positive difference for us! You are amazing!
