Thank you so much to Joe and Justin at Tropical Air! Our AC started malfunctioning and they responded right away, and came out in the same day to diagnose the unit. The diagnosis and repair work was completely honest (which is really not always easy to find!) and the pricing was upfront and very fair. They were both so kind, considerate and responsive. Have been using Tropical Air for years they have been brilliant all that time, they worked on our old AC with servicing and kept it running great. Then when it was time to install a replacement AC unit they gave us a great quote. Even when we had opportunity to add ducting that wasn't their in our back room because of our house needing a new roof, they worked around our roofers timing to get in and fit the ducts while the roof was off.
