About The Club at Venetian Bay
The Club at Venetian Bay offers a varied dining experience with some standout dishes. The appetizers and sides, such as the crispy brussels sprouts, scallop crostini, and conch fritters, are often praised for their flavors and preparation. Recent reviews highlight the Easter brunch as wonderful, with the new owners and chef making it a special day for guests. The chef specials during dinner are also noted to be surprisingly good for a golf club restaurant, earning praise for the kitchen staff and servers. While the main dishes like pecan-encrusted salmon and baked potato have received some criticism for being dry or undercooked, the overall food quality at times impresses diners. The service is generally attentive, with one reviewer mentioning a server named Elaina who was prompt and excellent, helping guests make their engagement on time. The golf course at Venetian Bay is well-maintained, with fast greens and beautiful fairways, appreciated by many, including those who enjoyed the green grass in March 2025. The golf cart service, especially the team providing drinks like Bloody Marys, has also been positively mentioned. Some reviewers find the holiday buffets overpriced, but overall, The Club at Venetian Bay provides a mix of good food, attentive service, and recreational activities, with ongoing efforts to improve the dining experience.
We went for lunch yesterday and were pressed for time. We told our server Elaina and she was on top of everything. Her service was excellent as well as her demeanor. She was so prompt that we easily made our engagement. The bonus was the food, which was great! Five stars for Elaina and the Club.
Wonderful venue for my daughters baby shower brunch!
