When I 1st entire I said it will be just another doctors office was very negative but I was WRONG. 1st Renesha is awesome with appointments & fitting you into your schedule. The doctor is amazing knows her stuff. Brycen is excellent at what he does and then some. And there are other staff just as awesome but just to name a few. What I need you to know is that when I 1st got there I was at a 10++ level of bad pain all over my body due to a car accident and my bad RA. I have had at least 7 different kinds of treatments so far and I can Honestly say that I’m feeling better and seeing results already. I know it’s a process but it’s working great for me so far so I give this office a 10 meaning Excellent on what they do.

I'm so grateful to have found this place. I had been struggling with severe asthma flare-ups and costochondritis for months, and nothing seemed to bring relief or even ease the pain. That changed after my first visit to Ultimate Spine and Wellness—I walked out already feeling better. Now, I genuinely look forward to my weekly appointments. Jen is an exceptional massage therapist. Having previously managed a massage studio, I always found it hard to truly relax during sessions—but with Jen, I'm so at ease I nearly fall asleep. She uses a variety of effective techniques like cupping and the Graston tool, which make a real difference. She was the only one willing to work on my chest and rib area, where I had been experiencing intense pain from flare-ups for years. I was amazed at how much relief I felt after just one session. Dr. Grainger has also been incredibly helpful. She recommended the blood type diet, and I was amazed to discover how much certain foods had been contributing to my inflammation. I really appreciated the posture analysis and the comprehensive insights provided by the Zyto scan—it was incredibly informative and detailed. I'm now beginning functional medicine and excited to see where this journey takes me. I’ve already recommended this place to several people and plan to bring my parents in soon for their first visit.
