5 stars for the excellent service tech, Eric Bryant. He was prompt, friendly, professional, honest and quick. He took the time to answer all my questions about my irrigation system and even explained a few technical things I wouldn't have known otherwise. It was a pretty routine reroute of a sprinkler head and a full system checkup, but I greatly appreciated him not wasting my time, his time or the company's time. The world needs more Erics!
I have had Massey for over 25 years. At one point they were taking care of three of my houses. They always did a very acceptable job. Then last year’s chinch bug infestation occurred. All I got was excuses. After a year of tangling they did come thru mainly due to the local NSB manager and head tech. They have improved significantly and respond very quickly to my calls. I would recommend them but with all services you have to be more of a partner in a relationship. Since I’m here everyday I can spot potential problems before they are out of control. They respond very quickly.
Tyler and Chris offer exceptional customer service. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to answer questions and provide additional information, even though it is not required.
