About M & I General Contracting

M & I General Contracting is a professional and communicative team that handles a variety of projects, including window and patio door installation, A/C and HVAC work, skylight leak repair, and roofing. Customers describe the team as professional, amazing, communicative, informative, attentive to detail, and easy to talk to. The work is described as excellent, fast, quick, clean, and beautiful. One customer was especially happy with seamless stucco work, noting no one would ever know the changes were not part of the original construction. Another customer, previously skeptical of sub contractors, had all worries cleared away. For a skylight leak, a temp fix was put on due to rain and the job was finished the next day. For a roof replacement, there was a discrepancy in the decking material, but the team stands by their work and their reputation, and adjustments were offered and accepted, leaving everyone happy. The price was good and the price range was perfect. Customers highly recommend M & I for quality workmanship and excellent customer service, and will continue to use them as trusted contractors.

We hired M&I to install an extra-large picture window and new patio doors, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The stucco work was absolutely seamless—no one would ever know that these changes weren’t part of the original construction of our home.

From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and attentive to detail. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and did an exceptional job bringing our vision to life. We absolutely love how everything turned out and would highly recommend M&I to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Darwin and Richard have been nothing but professional and amazing with their work. From the time they called to the excellent work they have been. They have been very communicative and informative on different aspects of fixing my A/C unit that went down in a speedy fashion. I have always been skeptical of sub contractors as I have been burned before, but Richard and Darwin have cleared all my worries away with their excellent, fast, and professional work. I will continue to use them going forward as my trusted contractors for my home. Thank you for everything you guys have done and I am looking forward to the next project with you guys! I called because of a leak in my skylight. Not the plastic/glass cover but the flashing. Erik came out and put a temp fix on due to the rain and then came back the next day to finish. Eric called when he was running late and was just a real pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier. Treated with respect and great personality. Will use them again. Highly recommended.
