I DO NOT reccomend Kitchen Tune-up North Columbus. It has not been a positive experience. Work was not completed as the contract stated in May of 2025. Owner Matt Skellan refused to replace cabinet hinges stating that hinges are "not hardware" the contract was written as "all hardware." When working with the salesman, the agreement was hinge replacement and pulls added. During the week of July 14, I received a call from Matt stating he would be sending someone the week of July 21 to replace hinges. It is now the end of that business week and I have had no communication of any kind. Several cabinet doors do not close all the way.
Kitchen Tune-Up in Fredericksburg, VA was AMAZING! I had the best interactions with the owners and work crew. They were professional, courteous, on time, clean, and did meticulous work. I absolutely love my kitchen!
