I used this builder to build my dream house. What a nightmare! Horrible experience from the get go. I have had to have almost everything redone in this house at my cost. He lied to me, stole money from me, cut corners, did not monitor this build at all. Had some terrible sub contractors here and he did not pay most of them. Now 3 years later I find out that he never paid my impact fees for the county. He knowingly built a house that was a commercial/residential home however he never paid the county impact fees when he knew that it had to take place. He had over 24,000 in a line item in my contract for impact fees however only used less than 50% of this on any and all impact fees. I have all receipts of what was paid and so therefore means he stole money from me and never paid my county impact fees on purpose. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER!!! Thumbs DOWN!!
First let me say I haven't actually USED this company. I tried, though. I was in the market for someone to do some work for me and saw their office on SR44. Stopped by one day and the receptionist indicated someone was in the office (I assume the owner) but on the phone. She went into their office evidently to alert of my presence and that I was seeking information. And evidently the owner was too busy. She took my information and phone number though. Several weeks later...no call. Was not surprised though as it would seem to me that anyone truly interested in a new customer would have either come out to meet me, or told the receptionist to tell me how long they would be in case I could wait, or when I might return that they would be available....or something. One of those things where you end up wondering "how do these people ever get any customers?".
