My husband and I purchased pre-paid cremation services with the addition of the travel and relocation plan from the Baldwin Funeral home in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Our experience with Matt Tucciarelli was excellent. He explained the services available, listened to our wishes and did not pressure us to buy more than we wanted. The contracts were paid for and issued on the spot and we left knowing that a task we had put off for too long was completed.
Tailyer was absolutely fabulous. She was the only one in the office when I stopped in without an appointment. I was upset, nervous and had a lot of questions, she greeted me warmly and professionally. She was able to answer my questions, get paperwork started and set up an appointment to finish everything up. I greatly appreciate all of her help. She is definitely an asset to their company.
Matt is very informative and helpful. He finds out how we wanted to care for our end of life with our personal circumstances. I felt that a friend was helping us with genuine care. We can’t express our gratitude and appreciation.
